Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: April 29, 2026
1. Agreement and Scope
These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the BridgeMind affiliate program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms and to the BridgeMind Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The program is operated through Rewardful, our affiliate management partner. Tracking, commission accounting, and payouts are provided through the Rewardful platform.
2. Eligibility and Approval
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve, reject, or deactivate any applicant at our discretion.
- You must provide accurate contact, payout, and tax information, and keep it current.
- Existing BridgeMind employees, contractors, and immediate family are not eligible to earn commissions on their own purchases.
3. Commission
Approved affiliates earn a recurring commission of 30% on the first 12 paid invoices generated by each referred customer on a paid BridgeMind plan (Basic, Pro, or Ultra).
Commissions are calculated on the amount actually charged after any discounts and exclude sales tax. The Free tier does not generate commissions.
Commissions are held for a 30-day clawback window, after which they become eligible for payout. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals reduce or reverse the corresponding commission.
4. Attribution and Cookie Window
Referred customers are attributed to the affiliate whose link or coupon code they used most recently within a 60-day window. Attribution is locked to the referred customer at the time of their first paid checkout.
Existing customers and accounts created prior to your enrollment are not eligible for attribution unless we explicitly approve a one-time exception.
5. Approved Promotion Methods
- Original content on owned channels (blog posts, newsletters, YouTube, podcast, X/social).
- Honest comparisons, reviews, and demos that disclose your affiliate relationship.
- Discord, Slack, and community shares where promotional content is allowed by the host.
- Direct outreach to your audience with clear disclosure that you may earn a commission.
6. Prohibited Tactics
- Bidding on BridgeMind brand keywords (including misspellings) in paid search.
- Submitting affiliate links to coupon, discount, or cashback aggregator sites.
- Self-referrals, including via friends, family, or alternate accounts.
- Misleading claims about features, pricing, performance, guarantees, or BridgeMind's relationships.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk email, deceptive pop-ups, cookie stuffing, or any practice that violates the FTC Endorsement Guides or applicable law.
- Trademark abuse, including using BridgeMind logos or product names in domains, ads, or app listings without written consent.
- Use of bots, click farms, or other automated systems to generate clicks, signups, or conversions.
7. Disclosures
You are responsible for complying with disclosure laws in your jurisdiction, including the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States and equivalent rules elsewhere. Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously wherever you promote the services.
8. Payouts
Approved commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or Wise once a minimum balance of $50 USD is reached. Payout processing fees, currency-conversion fees, and any taxes withheld are your responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
You are responsible for any taxes owed on commission income. We may require valid tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent) before issuing payouts and may withhold taxes where required by law.
9. Clawback
If a referred customer is refunded, charges back, or is found to have been acquired in violation of these terms, the corresponding commission is reversed. If reversed amounts exceed your accrued balance, the deficit may be netted against future commissions or invoiced to you.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, the BridgeMind Terms of Service, or applicable law.
On termination, accrued and approved commissions remain payable under the schedule in Section 8. Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is for cause.
11. Independent Contractor
Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and BridgeMind. You may not represent yourself as a BridgeMind employee or authorized spokesperson.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
