Terms of Service
Last updated: March 18, 2026
1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of BridgeMind, including bridgemind.ai, the BridgeMind API, BridgeSpace, BridgeVoice, related downloads, and any paid or free services we make available.
By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the services.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials, API keys, and devices secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless it results from our own failure to provide reasonable security.
3. The Services
BridgeMind offers browser-based products, APIs, and desktop applications for agentic building workflows. Features may change over time, and some features may be available only on certain plans, operating systems, or devices.
Some features depend on third-party providers or local device capabilities, such as payment processors, authentication systems, microphone access, accessibility permissions, filesystem access, desktop deep links, or local model downloads.
4. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the services, including projects, prompts, agents, code snippets, support messages, dictionaries, uploaded files, and recordings.
You give BridgeMind a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, modify, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the services.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content and that your use of the services does not infringe or violate the rights of others.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Do not interfere with the security, integrity, rate limits, billing controls, or availability of the services.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, devices, workspaces, or systems.
- Do not upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape or harvest data beyond what we authorize, or bypass plan, subscription, or feature restrictions.
- Do not use AI-generated output or automation features in ways that violate law, privacy, employment, intellectual property, or platform rules.
6. Desktop Apps, Local Systems, and Permissions
BridgeSpace and BridgeVoice can interact with local files, directories, terminal sessions, clipboard, keyboard shortcuts, microphones, accessibility features, and operating-system permissions when you choose to enable those workflows.
You are responsible for deciding what devices, folders, repositories, commands, and permissions you expose to those apps. You are also responsible for maintaining backups and for reviewing commands, transcriptions, prompts, and outputs before relying on them.
7. Paid Plans, Trials, and Billing
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. By starting a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges using your selected payment method.
You can manage or cancel recurring subscriptions through your account settings or the billing portal we provide. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund amounts already paid unless required by law or expressly stated by us.
We may change pricing, packaging, or plan features from time to time. If we do, the change will apply prospectively after notice to the extent required by law.
8. AI Features and Output Disclaimer
The services may include AI-generated or AI-assisted output, including transcriptions, rewritten prompts, recommendations, and generated content. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI output before executing it, shipping it, publishing it, or relying on it for legal, financial, medical, employment, security, or other high-stakes decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
The services, including our software, branding, site content, and product design, are owned by BridgeMind or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as these Terms allow, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise use our protected materials without permission. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or us, failed to pay fees, or if we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and rights related to content already processed, will survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeMind and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the applicable service during the 12 months before the claim arose or $100.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the services after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
